We are pleased to accept returns and exchanges if your order is incorrect or defective, within 3 days of receiving the item, provided that the product is in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with the tag.
- To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact us through Facebook or Instagram messages to file your complaint, and we will connect with the relevant department and shipping company.
- In case of an exchange as per the customer's request, shipping costs for the exchange are to be paid, in addition to the initial shipping costs paid during the first delivery.

Tajan reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges for products that show signs of use or that have been pinned.
The value of the returned products will be refunded after deducting the return fees via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay within 10–15 days from the return date.
➤ We recommend customers to check the shipment upon delivery and notify us of any issues within a maximum of 3 days because no returns or exchanges are allowed after that. We are committed to inspecting all products before shipping them, but we understand that there may be a small error. Therefore, we recommend thoroughly checking your order upon receipt to protect your rights.

- The shipping company will contact you to arrange the delivery date.
- Partial order pickup is currently not available according to the shipping company’s policy.
- The order must be fully received or returned when the delivery agent is present.
- If the order is returned with the delivery agent, shipping fees will be paid via Vodafone Cash or InstaPay.
- Shipping fees cannot be paid to the delivery agent, as per the shipping company’s policy.
